All wigs are made to order. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing before your order is shipped. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. While we strive to meet our estimated processing time, delays may occasionally occur due to high order volume, holidays, severe weather, supplier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. If your order experiences a significant delay, you will be notified via the email address provided at checkout. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or changed after processing has begun. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Simply Sharel Luxe Strands is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Once your order has been shipped, Simply Sharel Luxe Strands is not responsible for shipping delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages caused by the shipping carrier. Any shipping-related claims must be filed directly with the carrier. We recommend selecting signature confirmation for added security on high-value orders.

Ready-to-Ship (Hair on Hand) Policy Our Ready-to-Ship Collection consists of wigs that are already in stock and available for immediate shipment. Inventory is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. Inventory is secured only after payment has been successfully processed. Once a Ready-to-Ship item sells out, it may not be restocked immediately.

Customers are responsible for the proper care and maintenance of their wig after delivery.

Wash with a sulfate-free shampoo and moisturizing conditioner. Gently detangle from the ends to the roots using a wide-tooth comb or paddle brush. Allow the hair to air dry whenever possible. Always use a heat protectant before using hot tools. For curly textures, refresh curls with water and a curl mousse or curl cream as needed. Store your wig on a mannequin head or in a satin bag when not in use. Sleep with a satin bonnet or use a satin pillowcase to help preserve the hair. Hair length is measured when the hair is pulled straight. Curly and wavy textures may appear shorter due to their natural curl pattern. Hair color may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and individual screen settings. Unless otherwise stated, all wigs are a natural brown color. HD lace is extremely delicate. Avoid excessive scratching, pulling, or picking at the lace, as this may cause tearing. Damage caused by improper handling is not considered a manufacturing defect. Minimal shedding is normal with all human hair wigs, especially after customization. Proper care and maintenance will help maximize the lifespan of your wig.
